1.  Provide an interactive way to see the cause and effect impact of taking an integrated approach to designing and delivering a building vs. a conventional design-bid-build approach.  Clients can see the significantly higher cost and added time as they remove elements key to an integrated delivery approach.    

2.  To make a case for the benefit of multi-disciplinary collaboration when developing the business case for a project.  This takes into account not just the capital expenditure side but the operations and tax side - as well as any other key business metric an owner/developer would like to simulate.
