Multi-Scenario

The Multi-Scenario option is designed to explore/develop 3 - 6 facility options and to test the capacity and financial viability of those options. This can include members of your design, construction and/or financing team in developing solutions.

We will input your data into the model and host a one-day work session. The decisions and options developed in that session will be further explored and reported on during a web conference with the key leadership. After your leadership team narrows the options, we will return to host a second work session which will involve a larger group. The goal of the second session is to create ownership and develop concensus.

The deliverables for this process are the report card, the screen shots and a full report which can be distributed. The process takes about six weeks—depending on workload and how many people are involved in the process.
