Work Session

The Work Session option is designed to explore 2-3 facility options in a session that helps your leadership team make decisions and agree on a plan.

Prior to the site visit, we will send you a worksheet requesting some historical data, which we will enter into our computer model. One of our consultants will lead a 6-hour interactive session that will allow your team to explore their options and determine the feasibility based on how well each scenario meets the needs of growth, capacity, phasing and finances. The team can see the results of their decisions in real time.

After our site visit, we will provide a "report card" on the options along with screen shots of the data generated during the session. The process takes one to two weeks—depending on the scheduling of the site visit.
